How much are the tuition fees?

Fees for 2018/19 are expected to be £4,235 for UK and EU students and £20,700 for overseas students. These fees are provisional, per annum and subject to annual increase. Further information on fees and funding can be found on the funding postgraduate study page.

How many studentships do you have to offer?

Up to ~12 studentships are available for September 2018. These are funded either by EPSRC, the Universities of Bath and Bristol or our industrial and facility partners. These studentships cover tuition fees and a stipend of approximately £14,777 per year for living expenses (increases annually).

We have a limited number of scholarships for EU students. Non-EU students may be funded through University or external scholarships.

How do I apply for funding from CDT-CMP?

There is no need to apply specifically for CDT-CMP funding. If you are offered a place in CDT-CMP and are eligible for funding you will automatically considered for a funded place.

Am I eligible for a studentship?

If I am not eligible for a CDT-CMP studentship, how can I find funding?
